MiXX was founded in 2014 by Pia Gedeon as a hub for art, design, community, and conversation in the remote mountain town of Telluride, Colorado. Resisting the narrow definition of what a mountain town gallery should be, we proudly represent artists with diverse practices and perspectives from across the globe, showcasing their work to the dynamic audience that passes through our unique home in the Rockies.

We are owned and operated by a small team of passionate, talented women who believe art can and should be a joyful part of everyday life. We are a people-first organization, and our relationships with our artists, collectors, and local and global communities form the bedrock of the work we do.
